This training is based on introducing the basic concepts of finance for entrepreneurs who are creating their business models or are thinking of developing an idea.
The training is adapted to the knowledge, skills and competencies that each participant has so that at the end they can identify which financial variables must be taken into account for the realization of their idea or project.
Learning outcomes:
– Participants will understand that there is a very important financial component to successful business models.
– Participants will understand basic financial concepts, e.g. fixed costs and expenses. Investment, profitability, among others.
– Participants will be able to ask questions in the financial area, e.g. how do businesses make money? What resources are needed?
