Learning outcomes
The objective of this training is to learn about the Canvas model as a strategic management tool that allows to analyze and create business models in a dynamic and visual way. Thanks to its canvas format, divided into 9 blocks, the canvas model offers a global and simplified overview of the company.
- Participants will understand the need to incorporate the model canvas into the business idea(s) they have (covered on the first day of the workshop).
- Participants will analyze the business from different perspectives, such as market, logistics and distribution channels, commercial, among others.
- Participants will understand and facilitate the reading and understanding of the business model, as it is a very visual, intuitive and simple tool.
